De Lokerse Feesten is een tiendaags stadsfestival dat plaatsvindt tijdens de maand augustus in Lokeren, Oost-Vlaanderen, België. De Lokerse Feesten vonden voor het eerst plaats in 1975. De 40e editie vindt plaats van vrijdag 1 augustus tot en met zondag 10 augustus 2014.

Wat begon als een kleinschalig feest, georganiseerd door de plaatselijke jeugdhuizen en enkele enthousiastelingen, groeide in 35 jaar uit tot een volwaardig 10 dagen durend stadsfestival. Het festivalterrein aan de Grote Kaai heeft heden ten dage een capaciteit van 15.000 bezoekers. De term "Lokerse Feesten" is een verzamelnaam geworden voor alle activiteiten binnen die 10 dagen in het stadscentrum van Lokeren (net zoals gebeurd is met de Gentse Feesten). Andere activiteiten(podia) in de periode van de Lokerse Feesten zijn de Fonnefeesten en Polifonics.

Door de jaren heen mocht het festival heel wat grote binnen- en buitenlandse namen begroeten. Enkele voorbeelden : Snoop Dogg, Simple Minds, The Cure, The Sisters Of Mercy, Iggy & The Stooges, Madness, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Human League, the Sex Pistols, Sinéad O'Connor, Morrissey, Front 242, Neil Young en Blink-182.
