Hevrin Khalaf (Koerdisch: Hevrîn Xelef, 15 november 1984 – 12 oktober 2019) was een Koerdisch-Syrische politica en civiel ingenieur. Zij was secretaris-generaal van de Partij van de Toekomst in Syrië. Zij stond bekend om haar diplomatieke vaardigheden.[1]

Khalaf werkte aan het vergroten van de tolerantie en eenheid onder christenen, Arabieren en Koerden.[2][3]

Khalaf werd gedood door de door Turkije gesteunde Ahrar al-Sharqiya jagers in de buurt van de M4 Motorway in Noord-Syrië tijdens het Turkse militaire operatie tegen SDF troepen in Rojava op 12 oktober 2019.[4]

Volgens The Washington Post vormt de moord „vrijwel zeker een oorlogsmisdaad, onder internationaal recht”.
